There are two options for learning during the Spring semester of 2021. Those options are:

Clovis Connect - daily (Monday-Friday) instruction via zoom with the classroom teacher.
Face to Face Instruction; Hybrid - a combination of online learning via zoom and on campus face to face learning in the classroom.

Students will be assigned to group A or B for face to face instruction.

Group A students will return to campus on Tuesday and Thursday.

Group B students will return to campus on Wednesday and Friday.

All students, both group A & B, will zoom online on Monday; Periods 1-7 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:40 p.m.

Procedure for drop off and pick up. Below is a map with designated locations for temperature check organized by last name in alpha order

Student and Staff Health

The health and wellness of our students and staff are top priorities. Some things will look a bit different when students to return to campus.

Parent/Guardian agrees to review the District’s COVID-19 Health & Safety Plan with his/her child(ren), including:

Face Coverings
Physical Distancing
Arrival/Dismissal
Passing Period
Healthy Hygiene

Parents are expected to do daily home health screening before sending students to school each day. Once students arrive on campus, their temperature will be taken using a touchless UV thermometer at designated temperature check stations.

Meal Distribution

Meals will be given to students will be free of charge.

Students will be given a bag with both breakfast for the next day and lunch for that day when school is released at 12:45 p.m.

Students can up their meals at any of the three locations:

1) Snack Bar by the cafeteria

2) Thunder Cluster office between Q-wing and J-wing

3) BirdFeeder next to the gym and locker rooms

These locations will serve lunch from 12:45 to 1:15 p.m. only.

What I can expect.... Cleaning and Disinfecting

High-use surfaces will be cleaned regularly by custodians, and classrooms and offices will be fogged with a deep disinfectant treatment each evening.
• Teachers will be provided hand sanitizer and disinfectant for their classrooms.
• Anyone entering a classroom will be required to sanitize his or her hands.
• Desks and any shared classroom surfaces that students use will be disinfected by the teacher as needed.
